Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for work that has already been completed and delivered.

2. Cancellations and partial refunds

  • If a client cancels a service before work has begun, they may be eligible for a partial refund.

  • The amount refunded will depend on the specific agreement and any costs already incurred by Boga Comunicación.

3. Disputes and refund requests

  • Any disputes regarding payments or refunds must be submitted in writing to youremail@bogacomunicacion.com within 14 days of the transaction.

  • All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and decisions made by Boga Comunicación will be final.
